I have been a client of Robinson automotive for many years. I started to have my jaguars serviced there on recommendation of my son who has also been a very satisfied. client for many years. Their service is excellent and always done with great knowledge and friendliness. Three years ago, I moved out of the Mississauga area, and even though it is now a 2 Hour Dr. to reach Robinson automotive it is worth the drive!!!!

Great service , comfortable waiting room . Nice alternative to visiting the dealer . I see no reason to go to the Audi dealership for anything in the future .

Robinson has been servicing my vehicles, new and used, for 20+ years. Every visit has been marked by friendly, thorough and efficient service. Consequently, my vehicles run without issue. I will not go to another facility.

I was more than disappointed with my latest service experience because of a few key misses: firstly, the necessary diesel blue additive was never topped up and was only done when my father reminded the mechanic if it was done. Secondly, we were also mistakenly advised that my tires were no longer drivable because they simply referenced the last invoice from earlier this year instead of noticing that I had installed brand new Michelin X4s along with brand new rims. Lastly, there was a warning light on my dash indicating that one of my exterior lights was not working, but it too was not noticed or checked when the car was moved into the service bay. The latter two details question whether or not the mechanic even started the car at all, which is standard protocol in your shop as suggested on your TV program.

RA’s service has been reliable and this is why I’ve been going there for more than 15 years.
