Accurate, Fast Clean work

The best way I can describe Kirk and his staff is that they are thorough and get things done right. It’s difficult finding a mechanic shop that you can rely on especially as many are retiring. Kirk’s team performed a substantial spark plug and induction service on my Lexus. It was complex because the plugs were virtually seized in position. It took longer than anticipated and they were gracious to not charge extra for the extra effort. Kirk said I should notice improved power as a result. The performance is incredibly better. It’s like a different vehicle altogether. The icing on the cake, they were $500.00 less than my Lexus Dealer to whom I am quite loyal. It was worth the drive to Mississauga from Oakville. Every time I pin the accelerator, I smile LARGE! Thanks Kirk !

I had a major problem with my corvette, whcih GM could not identify or rectify even ater several attempts and incurred costs, Robinson Automotive was recommended to me so I took my car there. The issue was diagnosed and the repair was difficult since GM was unable to provide parts or have any solutions. Robinson Automotive worked diligently on my car and found a solution. I am not sure this issue would solved anywhere else, certainly not as efficiently. Tech’s and service did an excellent job. Thanks.

I recently visited Robinson Automotives for the scheduled maintenance of my 2021 Jaguar F-Pace. I chose them based on the positive reviews and the fact that they offer warranty-approved maintenance, which was an important consideration for me. I had asked for the estimate before visiting them and the staff provided a detailed estimate outlining the services to be performed. While I appreciated the transparency, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other service centers. That said, the work was completed within 3 to 4 hours, and I was promptly notified once my car was ready for pickup. The overall experience was satisfactory, and the service was completed professionally. However, I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in customer service. For example: It would be great if they offered occasional discounts or promotions, especially on labor costs, to make their services more competitive. The customer interaction could be more engaging and welcoming. I didn’t feel the warm, customer-first attitude that makes you want to return to a place. I had to ask specific questions and do my own research to understand the details of the service, whereas I would have appreciated a more proactive explanation from the staff. In conclusion, Robinson Automotives is a reliable choice for those looking for warranty-compliant service, but enhancing their customer service experience and offering more value could significantly improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.

The quality of the work performed was top-notch, and the cost was exactly what I expected. Plus, they completed everything in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend them!

What can I say? I’m spoiled at Robinson Automotive. Excellent techs, excellent service and a waiting room that feels like you’re at a high end car dealership. It’s just nice to have the peace of mind to know my vehicle is being completely taken care of. If you want no bs service for your vehicle, this is where it’s at.
